Ronald J. Modkins

Mr. Modkins assumed his position as President of Peninsula Services on September 1, 2023, transitioning from his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, a position he held since joining the agency in December 2018.

In his capacity as President, Mr. Modkins holds a pivotal leadership role, second only to the CEO. As a direct adviser to the CEO, he oversees internal corporate services, coordinates key business collaborations, and serves as the primary corporate liaison with SourceAmerica for new contract acquisitions.

With a distinguished career in the nonprofit sector, Mr. Modkins demonstrated exemplary leadership during the recent COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring job security for all employees and fulfilling all federal contract obligations. He was instrumental in the successful affiliation between Peninsula Services and Peninsula Alliance. As a retired First Sergeant with over 28 years of operational experience across the military spectrum, including multiple combat tours in the U.S. Army, Mr. Modkins brings a wealth of experience as a strategic partner. His expertise has been invaluable for the continued success and growth of our agency in government contracting.
