Jeffrey M. Eagleson

Vice President for Administrative Services and General Counsel

As Vice President for Administrative Services and General Counsel, Mr. Eagleson plays a crucial role at the agency, overseeing a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, employment law, corporate governance, and compliance issues.  His responsibilities ensure the agency operates within legal parameters, mitigating risks and addressing any legal challenges.  Beyond his legal duties, Mr. Eagleson manages key operational areas such as Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities, shaping the agency's workforce policies, technological infrastructure, and physical environment.  Since joining Peninsula Services in November 2023, he has brought a wealth of experience and leadership, significantly contributing to the agency's strategic direction and operational efficiency.

 

Prior to his tenure with the agency, Mr. Eagleson served in various capacities, including working for the United States House of Representatives and The Ripon Society, one of the oldest public policy organizations in the country.  In the past year, he played an instrumental role in securing twenty-two Section 8 housing vouchers for Peninsula Alliance’s Bill Mahan Apartment project, an affordable housing complex in downtown Bremerton.

 

Mr. Eagleson holds a B.A. in Management & Operations from Washington State University and a J.D. from Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law, where he served as editor for Pepperdine Law Review.  Additionally, he is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
